- Visit Vaelan to begin the quest. Now you must find the Unadorned Seal of Ascension which is random drop.
- Once found, Unadorned Seal of Ascension begins the task of collecting 3 gemstones.
- Once all the gemstones have been collected, turn the quest in to Vaelan and he gives you the Key to UBRS.
