Can I move to another province after Sinp?
Yes, you can. As a permanent resident, you have the right to live, work or study anywhere in Canada. However, if you became a permanent resident through the Provincial Nominee Program, the province that nominated you has chosen you to bring skills to their province.
Does Sinp require Lmia?
Apply to the SINP. If you meet the criteria, you will be nominated through the SINP selection process. You will receive an SINP nomination certificate which you will need to apply for a work permit (the SINP Nomination Certificate replaces a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) in this process).
