OneCard is the most convenient online payment method in the Middle East. Registration is free and only takes few minutes.

To check your points balance, simply Sign In to the Onecard Dashboard or download the myCountdown app to keep track of your rewards balances, Boosts and e-vouchers.

How do I redeem my OneCard points?

As soon as you have earned a Onecard e-voucher it will be loaded onto your nominated Onecard (we’ll let you know by email when it’s available). You can use it in-store, at the checkout or online when it suits you. You also have the option to “Save for later” for up to 12 months, or “Donate” your e-voucher.

Do OneCard points expire?

Onecard Points earned prior to 23:59 on 11 October 2020 expire six (6) months after the date they are “earned”. Onecard Points earned from 00:01 on 12 October 2020 expire 12 months after the date they are “earned”. The date your chosen Reward is “earned” will normally be the date of the relevant purchase.
