A recent update for the Halo Waypoint app has disabled the Customization feature for Halo Infinite. The Halo Waypoint team is planning to bring this feature back as soon as possible. The app store listing for the iOS app still shows as “Halo Channel.” Once downloaded, the app appears as “Halo Waypoint” as intended.

Once available, Halo Infinite players can download the Halo Waypoint iPhone (iOS) app by:

  1. Tap the “App Store” icon on the Home Screen.
  2. Select “Search” from the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  3. Touch the search bar, then enter “Halo Waypoint” (without quotes)
  4. Tap the “GET” button, then confirm the selection.
