Think Pacific is a UK social enterprise and registered Fijian charity with over 10 years of supporting Fijian Government Ministries, NGOs and business partners to achieve ethical, responsible and sustainable development, whilst allowing students to have a self-developing and rewarding experience.
What is Think Pacific program?
Think Pacific is a social enterprise and a ‘For Impact’ organisation. Your program fee supports our charity and long term programs in Fiji, which contribute to the achievement of the Fiji National Development Plan and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Is Think Pacific a charity?
Think Pacific is different. As a UK social enterprise (Think Pacific) and a registered Fijian charitable Trust (Think Pacific Foundation), with over 100 annual staff in Fiji, we provide whole oversight and accountability of the project and wider local aims of training, monitoring and sustainability.
Is Think Pacific free?
£195 GBP / $375 AUD / $275 USD. This secures your place in the team. It also provides personal support from your project co-ordinator, full access to our pre-departure resources, live online preparation webinars and your expedition t-shirt. Your registration fee is additional to your project fee.
Is Think Pacific worth it?
My Think Pacific experience was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. From my project I have a new set of friends, a Fijian family and can call Fiji a home away from home. If you want to experience a once in a lifetime experience, I cannot recommend TP enough!
Can you fly direct to Fiji from UK?
There are no direct flights from the UK to Fiji, however you can take one-stop flights direct from London Heathrow to Nadi (NAN) on the Fijian island of Viti Levu with Air New Zealand, changing plane in Los Angeles. Alternatives route you through Australia on Qantas Airways, or Seoul with Korean Airlines.

We have been a driving force behind this initiative since 2009 and Fiji’s Former National Advisor for Health is one of our charities Trustees. The programme encourage Fijian children and youths to achieve seven core aims of holistic health to improve their life expectancy and future opportunity.
