If you’d like to hire a buggy, you can add it as an extra when booking your tickets or ask a member of staff on the day of your visit when you arrive. You’re more than welcome to bring your own buggy. *Please note that both single and double buggy hire are only suitable for children over the age of 12 months.

To make The Lanterns as safe and as magical as possible we’re offering time tickets giving entry every 15 minutes. When you book you will be able to select your preferred session time, from 4pm to 8.15pm. The last entry for The Lanterns is 8.30pm and the zoo will close at 9.30pm.
