JensonUSA ships to many countries around the world. If you are an International customer you may order on-line, by phone or by fax. For us to correctly process your order, you will be asked to provide additional identification.
How does Jenson USA ship?
Jenson USA uses UPS or USPS for all US lower 48 deliveries. All APO/FPO and deliveries to Puerto Rico ship via US Priority Mail. UPS Ground – 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

How long does it take Jenson to ship a bike?
We use UPS, USPS, and FedEx for international orders. Shipping may take 1-2 weeks to be delivered but sometimes may take up to 4 weeks.

We only ship item(s) out from Monday-Friday, except for public holidays. California orders are received in 1-2 days. Continental US states typically take 2-5 business days.

Importing a complete, assembled bicycle will cost you 13 per cent in duty. If you’re just bringing the frame in, that’s a five per cent tariff, and if you’re importing complete wheels, there’s a 6.5 per cent tariff. Anyone importing bikes will pay — whether you’re an online shopper, or major bike company.

Each bike that leaves our warehouse is completely assembled by our techs to ensure that every aspect of your bike is ready to go and safe to ride when it arrives at your door.
