How are headbands measured?
Simply measure around your head where you would normally wear a headband — from the top of your head to the back of your head where the hairline meets the neck. If you don’t have a tape measure handy, use a string and measure it against a ruler.

How long should elastic be for headbands?
Cut a piece of elastic so it’s 6″ long. We used ¾” wide elastic, but anything from ½” to 1″ works great, depending on what you have in your stash.
How do you wear a wide headband with short hair?
Once your top knot is good to go, place the headband behind your ears with the headband’s arch sitting in front of your face. Then, lift the headband, pushing your bangs or front hair towards the top knot. Pull a few pieces out from the side and be on with your day!
Why does my headband keeps slipping off?
