William Goh Seng Chye (born 25 June 1957) is a Singaporean Catholic prelate who serves as the fourth and current Archbishop of Singapore. Goh succeeded Nicholas Chia on 18 May 2013. Goh was the fourth rector of St Francis Xavier Major Seminary in Singapore.
