Alum Rock Park An existing 116 ft of rock wall, trail and wood railing will be repaired to protect the Penitencia Creek Trail and Penitencia Creek Road. Construction is scheduled to begin on January 10, 2022 and will require one lane of road to be closed at the Rustic Land Parking Lot area.
Is Coyote Creek safe?
Not safe. The trail is mostly flat. The trails through the zoo was closed because of the COVID, and we ended up ride on the road for a mile or two. After that, the trail is great with a creek view always at your sight.
