Relational hours include time with any relational dyad (couple, parent-child, siblings, etc.). Seeing one child by himself/herself is not relational. Group therapy hours do not count as relational hours unless the group happens to be couples or family group therapy.

The time spent in the group is divided by the number of participants in the group, and this time is then doubled. 2 hours divided by 4 people = 30 minutes x 2 = 1-hour equivalent group supervision time.
How do you calculate supervision hours?
Your experience to supervision ratio must be 5.0 or less. For example, if you have logged 200 direct counseling experience hours and have received 40 units of supervision, your ratio would be 5.0 (200/40=5). In this example you could claim all of the experience hours logged.
