What is cordlash?
Cordlash® woven lashing, or webbing, is mainly used to secure cargo on flat racks and for securing break bulk cargo. Much faster and easier to apply than chains and a significant cost saver too! Woven lashing solutions deliver high securing performance due to a special heat-treatment process.
What is cargo lashing?
A container is secured to a ship by means of lashing rods, turnbuckles, twist-locks, etc. This process prevents the containers from moving from their place, or falling overboard during rough seas or heavy winds. Container lashing has been the cause of many seafarer close calls, injuries and even fatalities.

How do you read a bay plan?
The Bay Plan is a numbering system that gives a cross-sectional view of the arrangement of containers on a vessel above and below the deck. It consists of 6 digits. The first two digits indicate the bay, the middle two indicates the row and the last two represents the tier.
