How do you trigger Cullen romance scenes?

Meeting and Flirting With Cullen As soon as you can speak privately with him in Haven, approach him. He’ll rant a bit about the state of things, then apologize for going on too much. Select the romance option “I like your enthusiasm.” He gets very flustered, which is cute. Keep chatting to him whenever you can.

Who can you marry in trespasser DLC?

When can I talk to Cullen again?

If you try to talk to Cullen immediately after completing the quest, he will say that he needs some time and you will need to talk later. If you urged Cullen to stay his course and give up lyrium permanently, once he is ready to talk again, a cutscene will play where you discuss how he’s coping.

Should you let Cullen win?

It seems Cullen always catches you when you try to cheat and wins, he always wins if you let him win (obviously), and the Inquisitor always seems to win if they choose to play fair (or is it a 50/50 chance?).

During the Exalted Council, Cullen will ask the Inquisitor to marry him. The Inquisitor can agree, or tell Cullen the couple doesn’t need marriage. If the Inquisitor is an elf: They will have the option to ask Cullen to state their vows in elvish for the ceremony, to which Cullen agrees.

Can you still romance Cullen If you side with the mages?

If you sided with the Mages are the beginning of the game, Cullen will be involved in the Nemesis Quest “Before the Dawn”, but this does not affect the romance.
